Compassionate care for a loved one

Long-term care

Long term care is usually provided in a skilled nursing facility. A range of services and supports are provided to meet your personal care needs. Long term care may or may not include medical care.

Skilled nursing offers a higher level of care. Some signs that skilled nursing is needed include (but aren't limited to) rehabilitation care for joint replacements, respiratory care, terminal illness, stroke recovery, acute medical conditions, rehabilitation due to weakness, interim medical care following a hospital stay, or other conditions.

Specialized programs in skilled nursing are administered by our nursing staff and certified assistants who address special needs such as memory care, wound treatment, IV therapy, medication management, pain management, and more.
